It actually returned hope no more horrible subs this season

Subs look bad, bad subs hope these subs aren't actually an improvement.

They're still bad I saw ,and it's been bad subs for many years.

Hadn't heard about this one. Are the prior seasons any good?

Overall from what I can see, the series are popular in China, well on the tencent streaming site

Well, this one (5 seasons) is really good. The only comment I have is "Who the fuck decided to sacrifice my fav character in S4?"

Hua Jianghu Zhi Ling Zhu (one season only, story finished) is good and original. Compared to all other stories, it is my favorite since there is a good progression of the plot

Hua Jianghu Zhi Bei Mo Ting (one season only, story finished) is somewhat watchable. Not the best, but not boring either. Just... don't expect much

Hua Jianghu Zhi Huan Shi Men Sheng (2 seasons) is a piece of crap. Setting is bad and most of it consists pretentious people bragging and swinging their dicks (translation, extremely bad characters... almost as bad as in One Piece)

Hua Jianghu: Xia Lan ... no clue, I have yet to watch it.

who got sacrificed? You mean crazy girl!?? I thought she died too, but she lived apparently, if you watch the ending credits, as her soul is like leaving the chick grabs her, I think she gave her the snail that the old dude gave her, and that saved her life cause then you see her being the new king or whatever and then riding horses talking about the snail! I was about to throw my laptop with that ending but from the looks of it now, she lived!

You don't see who king is and the scene with grabbing is not possible. How could she stand and talk when she is dead to be grabbed, not to mention whole scene is ghostly. To me it seems like character saying goodbye to viewers. Also, she is not in this season

the key thing is that slug. that slug can cure any poison or something along those lines. It was ghostly like you said, goodbyes mean they seperate go different ways, she was about to go to death, then the girl with the slug grabbed her hand, implying she stopped her from going towards death imo.

It could be open ended, you can see it how you want. I believe she is alive.

She isn't in season cause she got things to do, her original intent wasn't to hang with this dude, it was to save her dad and kingdom, which see did. So time for her to run her kingdom.

No don't even watch previous ones they had bad animation and the true definition of bad subs

After months of watching this s1 to s5 there’s a huge difference indeed, animation and the change of violence. I wonder will the old bu Liang ren team appear or will it be the new ones who don’t know what actually happened between the commander and Li Xingyun.
